I arrived in Pamukkale via Train & Taxi from Izmir. A bit of a train trip ! I was immediately greeted by Fettan seemed to be the main Boss and proprietor. I am from Oregon USA so I was pleasantly surprised that we could communicate mostly in English. I was ready for an afternoon rest after the train journey. I was shown my room with in 15 minutes from check in . I was lucky to receive a premium room overlooking there well manicured Swimming pool and spa. With a FRONT & Center View of the Pamukkale Mineral Mountain and Springs!! The room was cozy and comfortable a nice balcony to view the pool and mountains. The bathroom and shower was small but manageable and very Clean !! The bed was comfortable as well , as long as you don’t mind a firm bed. Again with a View through the windows to the Mineral Mountain. I was glowing multi colors at night ! There restaurant on site is just steps away from the hotel rooms. I was Greeted by Samiye !! Her name must translate to BIG BEAUTIFUL SMILE!! She was a VERY Friendly well mannered server and professional young lady. I ordered grilled lamb and it was very fresh and well spiced.. Haycs the main server and overall Hotel assistant was as well very professional and friendly. He started a fire in there fireplace that gave the small dining room a very Cosy feeling and the sweet smell burning wood. The room is VERY QUIET at night even though it’s close to the main road. You will be woken early before Sunrise to the sound of many electric power Fans blowing up the Many Huge Hot Air Balloons which will All Raise right in front of your eyes just across the street from your balcony!! I was excited to start my day hiking to the mineral springs so I passed on the included breakfast with my room charge. I did view the breakfast buffet and it looked wonderful!

I love everything about this hotel especially the location just right in front the Cotton Castle and Hot Air Balloon (HAB) departure terminal. The warm and welcoming hospitality of hotel owner Mr Fattah, the manager Mr Turgay, the personels Mr Khairullah and Mr Bahader are superb. They make sure our needs are well taken care of during our stay. Mr Bahader the multi tusker personel helped me fixed my broken luggage with his expertise as if nothing is broken. They even arranged for our family the HAB and Private Tour to Hearapolis Ancient City with English spoken kind and friendly tourist guide Ms Aynur. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. We stayed at the rooftop room with whole floor terrace for our own to enjoy infinity view of the magnificent Cotton Castle. My family really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at this hotel. If we were to come back to Pamukkale, we definitely shall return to this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is perfectly situated across the road from the site of Pamukkale and Hieropolis. The pool is excellent and it is regularly maintained as are the surrounding grounds. The room was large and had a newly renovated bathroom with a fabulous shower. The balcony looked directly onto the hillside of Pamukkale and was large enough for a table and two chairs. Above all the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and was served in the restaurant attached to the hotel. This restaurant is open all day and the dinner we ate was also delicious. There is parking outside of the hotel and also across the road. The paid parking across the road is free for hotel guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to come again. There are also some very good restaurants to eat or have a drink just up the road.

Hal-Tur Pamukkale Hotel offers a prime location directly opposite the mesmerizing travertines, making it an ideal choice for travellers seeking convenience and stunning views. Upon our late arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even preparing food to ease our weary journey. The delicious breakfast provided a perfect start to our day of exploration, and the hotel graciously stored our luggage while we visited the travertine pools. The exceptional hospitality and thoughtful gestures left a lasting impression, and I wholeheartedly recommend Hal-Tur Pamukkale Hotel to fellow travellers. I look forward to the opportunity to return and experience its charm once again.

Everything. From arriving we were met as we parked the car and helped with our bags. Checkin was faultless. The room lovely, spotlessly clean, with a view of the white mineral hills. The restaurant and food prices were good. Pool area and garden immaculate. What made the stay special were the two staff members Samiye and Hayri. There service was second to none. My husband became ill whilst there. Hayri ensured we had supplies for our room and Samiye arrange extra pillows etc to make him more comfy. We were actually sad to check out and leave. What a fabulous gem of a hotel.
